Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we continue to deliver the same level of service and excellence to our customers. We are here to serve you and continue to operate safely and effectively. At Blossoms Flower Shop, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our customers, and employees.

Thankfully, in the state of Massachusetts, customers are now permitted to enter the building, 6 at a time, please respect the space of others and remember masks or face coverings! We still have hand tied bouquets available daily, with mixed bouquets & seasonal favorites. Due to the summer heat or winter cold, our outdoor display may move inside. We are working daily to become more pandemic-friendly. We can take cards, cash and checks in store or cards over the phone. We DO NOT accept cash apps, such as venmo, paypal, and cash app.

Our owners and manager are fully-vaccinated and boosted.

We are closely monitoring the situation and adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We regularly sanitize all work stations, to include buckets and containers, as usual. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers. Still, we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains our top priority.

Specific steps we have taken to protect our staff and customers:

  • Daily disinfecting of all facilities including door knobs, countertops, phones, and equipment.
  • Drivers will notify recipients of delivery, if left without the recipient to receive. Weather dependent, we can not leave flowers outside if it is too cold or hot.
  • Orders will now be available for in store pick up
  • Business orders will be left at the front desk.
  • Nursing homes and hospital deliveries will follow the protocol set by the facility, we will check prior, but if we are unable to deliver upon arrival, we will notify the customer.
